Returns & Refunds Policy for TurkishCarpetKilim
We want you to love your purchase from TurkishCarpetKilim, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your carpet or kilim, please read our returns and refunds policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return your Turkish carpet or kilim within 7 business days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product is in new, unused, and original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- The product has not been washed, altered, or damaged in any way.
- You provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
2. Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our handmade products, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Custom-made or personalized carpets and kilims.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged).
- Products that have been altered, cleaned, or repaired after delivery.
3. Return Process
To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]Â within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please include the following details in your message:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos of the product if it’s damaged or defective (if applicable).
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back. All returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect. In cases of defective or incorrect products, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
Please ensure that you ship your return using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any items lost during return shipping.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 7Â business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price, excluding any original shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your Turkish carpet or kilim arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]Â We will arrange for either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, depending on your preference and stock availability.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your carpet or kilim for another item, we recommend processing a return and then placing a new order for the desired product.
